Returns

To begin a return, contact us at sales@primepackdepot.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the product you wish to return.

Returned products must be in their original packaging.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

Restocking fees

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Return instructions
